Terms & Conditions

Pleasuremalta Ltd Triq Mikelang Sapiano, Żebbuġ, Malta — VAT: MT17644203 Last updated: 24 April 2026

Please read these Terms & Conditions ("Terms") carefully before placing an order. These Terms govern the sale of products by Pleasuremalta Ltd ("Pleasuremalta", "we", "us", "our") to you ("you", "customer") through any of our sales channels, including our website pleasuremalta.com and third-party ordering platforms such as Bolt.

By placing an order with us through any channel, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. About Us

Pleasuremalta Ltd is a Maltese private limited liability company operating a retail business specialising in adult lifestyle products. We are the direct seller of all products listed on our website and on partner platforms — we are not a marketplace or intermediary.

Full company information is available in our Legal Notice.

2. Sales Channels

You may order our products through any of the following channels. In every case, Pleasuremalta is the seller of the goods, and these Terms apply to your purchase.

2.1 Pleasuremalta website

Orders placed through pleasuremalta.com are fulfilled and dispatched by us in accordance with our Shipping Policy.

2.2 Bolt

Our products are also available through the Bolt platform. When you order through Bolt:

  • Pleasuremalta remains the seller of the products; your purchase contract for the goods is with us.
  • Bolt acts as the ordering and delivery platform, and Bolt's own terms and conditions apply to your use of the Bolt app and its courier services.
  • Payment is processed by Bolt on our behalf.
  • Delivery is carried out by Bolt couriers in accordance with the service level advertised in the Bolt app.
  • Any issue relating to the Bolt app, courier conduct, or delivery timing should be raised with Bolt support in the first instance. Issues concerning the product itself (defects, missing items, incorrect items) may be raised with either Bolt or directly with us at info@pleasuremalta.com.

2.3 In-store pickup

You may also collect pre-paid orders in person from our fulfilment location in Żebbuġ. See our Shipping Policy for details.

3. Age Restriction — 18+ Only

Our products are intended for adults and are sold exclusively to persons aged 18 years or older. By placing an order through any channel, you confirm that:

  • You are at least 18 years of age;
  • You are legally permitted to purchase adult products in your jurisdiction; and
  • You will not resell or transfer the products to any person under 18.

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or withhold delivery of any order where we reasonably suspect this age requirement is not met.

4. Your Account

You may place orders as a guest or by creating a customer account. If you create an account:

  • You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information.
  • You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity on your account.
  • You must notify us immediately at info@pleasuremalta.com if you suspect unauthorised access.

We reserve the right to suspend or close accounts where information is inaccurate, where these Terms have been breached, or where we reasonably suspect fraudulent activity.

5. Placing an Order

5.1 Order process

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the products at the price displayed. We are not obliged to accept your order.

5.2 Order confirmation vs. acceptance

You will receive an order confirmation email or notification automatically when you submit an order. This is an acknowledgement of receipt, not an acceptance. A binding contract of sale between you and Pleasuremalta is formed only when we dispatch the goods (for website orders) or when the order is accepted and prepared for collection by the Bolt courier (for Bolt orders).

5.3 When we may refuse or cancel an order

We may refuse to accept or cancel an order in the following circumstances:

  • A product is unavailable or out of stock;
  • There has been a pricing or descriptive error (see section 7.3);
  • We cannot verify your age or identity;
  • We are unable to deliver to your address;
  • We have reasonable grounds to suspect fraud or misuse;
  • Payment is declined or not received in full.

Where we cancel an order after payment has been taken, we will refund the amount paid in full without undue delay.

6. Products

6.1 Descriptions and images

We take reasonable care to describe our products accurately. However, product images are for illustrative purposes only, and slight variations in colour, packaging, or presentation may occur depending on manufacturer batches.

6.2 Third-party brands

Our catalogue includes products from third-party manufacturers (such as Durex, Lelo, and other recognised brands). Trademarks, logos, and brand imagery remain the property of their respective owners and are used solely to identify the products offered for sale. Their inclusion does not imply any partnership or endorsement.

6.3 Availability

Product availability is subject to stock. If a product becomes unavailable after you place an order, we will contact you to offer a refund, a replacement, or a delayed dispatch.

7. Prices and Payment

7.1 Prices

Prices are displayed in Euros (€) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable. Delivery charges are calculated separately at checkout and are shown before you confirm your order.

7.2 Payment methods

Payment is accepted through the payment methods available at checkout on each sales channel. For orders placed via Bolt, payment is processed through the Bolt platform.

You warrant that the payment method you use belongs to you and that you are authorised to use it.

7.3 Pricing errors

Despite reasonable care, product prices may occasionally be listed incorrectly due to data-entry or technical errors. If we discover a pricing error before dispatching your order, we will contact you to either confirm the corrected price (with your approval) or cancel the order and refund you in full. We are not obliged to supply products at an incorrect price.

8. Delivery and Discreet Packaging

8.1 Delivery methods and times

Delivery options, timeframes, and costs are set out in our Shipping Policy. For Bolt orders, the delivery timeframe is set and managed by Bolt and displayed in the Bolt app at the time of order.

8.2 Discreet packaging

All orders are dispatched in plain, unbranded outer packaging. There is no reference to Pleasuremalta or to the nature of the products on the outside of the parcel. This applies to every sales channel, including Bolt deliveries.

8.3 Risk and title

Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. Title in the goods passes to you once we have received payment in full.

8.4 Failed or refused deliveries

You are responsible for providing an accurate delivery address and for being available to accept delivery. Charges for redelivery of parcels returned as unclaimed are set out in the Shipping Policy.

9. Your Right to Cancel (14-Day Right of Withdrawal)

In accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights, if you are a consumer you have the right to withdraw from your order within 14 calendar days of the day you (or a person you nominate) receive the goods, without giving any reason.

Pleasuremalta voluntarily extends this window to 15 days and operates a "no-quibble" returns policy — you do not need to provide a reason for your return. See our Returns & Refunds Policy for the full terms and the step-by-step process.

9.1 Exceptions to the right of withdrawal

In line with EU law, the right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • Sealed goods which are not suitable for return for reasons of hygiene or health protection and which have been unsealed after delivery. This exception applies to most intimate products in our catalogue once the factory seal or hygiene seal has been broken.
  • Goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised.
  • Sealed audio, video, or computer-software products which have been unsealed after delivery.

9.2 Your statutory warranty rights

Separately from the right of withdrawal, you have statutory rights under EU Directive 2019/771 and the Consumer Affairs Act (Chapter 378 of the Laws of Malta) if goods delivered to you are faulty, defective, or do not match the description. Nothing in these Terms limits those rights.

10. Returns, Faulty Goods and Refunds

Our full process for returns, exchanges, and refunds — including how to request a return, return shipping responsibilities, and refund timeframes — is set out in our Returns & Refunds Policy.

In summary:

  • Return requests must be raised within the applicable window.
  • Goods must be unused, in their original condition, and in their original packaging (subject to section 9.1 for hygiene-sealed items).
  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method; for Bolt orders, refunds are processed via the Bolt platform.
  • Faulty or incorrectly supplied goods must be reported within 48 hours of delivery, with photographs where possible, so we can arrange collection, replacement, or refund.

11. Acceptable Use of the Website

When using pleasuremalta.com, you agree that you will not:

  • Use the site for any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purpose;
  • Impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity;
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site, its servers, or connected systems;
  • Introduce viruses, malware, or any malicious code;
  • Scrape, harvest, or systematically extract content from the site without written permission;
  • Use the site or its content for commercial resale without our prior written consent.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the site for any user who breaches this section.

12. Intellectual Property

All content on pleasuremalta.com — including text, product descriptions, photography, graphics, layout, the Pleasuremalta name, and branding — is owned by Pleasuremalta Ltd or its licensors and is protected by Maltese and international copyright and trademark law.

You may view and download content for personal, non-commercial use only. Any other use, including reproduction, republication, or commercial exploitation, requires our prior written consent.

13. Limitation of Liability

13.1 Nothing excluded

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for:

  • Death or personal injury caused by our negligence;
  • Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation;
  • Any liability which cannot be excluded or limited under Maltese or EU law, including your statutory rights as a consumer.

13.2 What we are responsible for

Where we are found liable in connection with your purchase, our liability is limited to the price paid for the product(s) concerned, except where liability cannot be so limited by law.

13.3 Third-party platforms and couriers

Where your order is placed through, or delivered by, a third-party platform (including Bolt), we are not responsible for:

  • Outages, bugs, or technical issues with that platform;
  • The conduct, timing, or manner of delivery by third-party couriers beyond our reasonable control;
  • Any additional fees or terms imposed by that platform directly on you.

However, you remain entitled to your statutory rights against us as the seller of the goods, regardless of the channel through which you ordered.

14. Data Protection

We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Maltese Data Protection Act. Where you order through Bolt, Bolt also processes your personal data as a separate data controller under its own privacy policy.

15. Events Outside Our Control

We are not liable for any failure or delay in fulfilling our obligations caused by events outside our reasonable control — including but not limited to strikes, carrier disruptions, supplier shortages, severe weather, fire, flood, acts of government, public health emergencies, or failures of telecommunications or payment networks. Where such events occur, we will contact you to agree a revised delivery schedule or offer a full refund.

16. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our business, our products, applicable law, or the platforms through which we sell. The version in force at the time you place an order is the version that applies to that order. The date at the top of this document indicates when it was last revised.

17. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found by a competent authority to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue to apply in full force.

18. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms, and any contract of sale formed under them, are governed by the laws of Malta. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malta.

If you are a consumer resident in another EU Member State, nothing in this clause deprives you of the protection afforded to you by mandatory provisions of the law of your country of residence.

You may also use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform to resolve consumer disputes out of court: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
