They let a site remember things between page loads, such as what is in your basket, which language you chose, or whether you already confirmed your age. Some cookies are set by us, others by services we use, such as Shopify or Google.
Some similar technologies (local storage, pixels, tags) work in comparable ways. Where we say "cookies" in this policy, we mean those too.
2. Your Choices
Essential cookies are required for the shop to work and are always on. You cannot switch them off, and they do not require consent.
Analytics and marketing cookies only run if you accept them in the cookie banner shown on your first visit. You can change your mind at any time by reopening the cookie settings from the link in our footer, or by clearing cookies in your browser. Rejecting them is as easy as accepting them, and refusing does not limit your ability to shop with us.

What this means in practice. If you accept marketing cookies, Google receives event data about your activity on our site, which can include which product you viewed or bought. Given what we sell, you may prefer not to allow this. Declining is a single click and does not affect your ability to order.
We do not use Meta (Facebook), Instagram, or TikTok advertising pixels on this website.

5. How to Manage Cookies

- Private browsing: using a private or incognito window will discard cookies when you close it.
If you block strictly necessary cookies, the basket and checkout will not work correctly.
6. Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control
We honour the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal where your browser sends it, and treat it as a request to decline non-essential cookies. We do not respond to the older "Do Not Track" header, because no agreed standard for it exists.
7. Changes to This Policy
We review this policy when we add or remove tools from the site. The "Last updated" date at the top shows when it last changed. If we introduce a new category of cookie, we will ask for your consent again.
