All orders received before 3:30pm (Malta time) on a working day are dispatched the same day and typically arrive the next working day via MaltaPost. Delivery may take slightly longer during public holidays when postal services are restricted.
To protect your privacy, all orders are dispatched in plain, unbranded packaging, with no reference to pleasuremalta.com or the contents inside.

RETURNS
Our policy is strictly “no-quibble” — you may cancel your order for any reason within 15 days of MaltaPost delivery. Goods must be returned unused and in their original packaging.
Refunds are processed within 30 days of receiving the returned goods and are issued to the card the payment was originally made with.
