This technique is very well described in its same name. The man spends some alone time with his manhood. The idea is to gain control of his ejaculation and become more aware of the “point of no return”.
1. Touch your penis until it gets erect and then let it go flaccid again. If you see that this will take a long time to happen walk about as this helps blood circulate back out of the penis.
2. Masturbate again until you get an erection again. This time keep going until you feel very aroused. Try to stop just before the point of no return. You might find that this is not easy and therefore will have to do it daily until you understand when that point is.

4. Masturbate again in order to get erection that results in ejaculation.
